This Medicom Toy Corporation 12-inch 1:6 scale RAH Alien figure is simply superb.

These outstanding action figures are of the highest quality and offer one of the most articulated 12-inch figure bodies available, capable of nearly any pose you can imagine.

This particular figure is a Limited Edition (I believe of 500, but don’t quote me on that).  Either way they aren’t easy to find.

These are a rare commodity.  They were recently sold out at Sideshow Collectibles, but someone didn’t follow through so now there’s a second chance opportunity going there.

If you want one, Sideshow is a good place to go right now for as long as the second chance opportunity lasts.  They have it available for $169.99 which, considering these Alien collectibles are going to be hard to get, is a good deal.

When Sideshow sell out (which you can count on shortly), you can try eBay.  At the moment there’s one on eBay for $179.99.

Judge Dredd vs Alien Limited Edition Collectible (click to enlarge)

I’ll never grow tired of collectibles while collectibles like this Judge Dredd vs Alien Polystone Statue are hitting the market.

It’s a Limited Edition of only 1000 that draws its inspiration from the Judge Dredd/Alien crossover series by Dark Horse Comics.

The polystone statue is sculptured by First4Figures in conjunction with 2000AD, using the classic Henry Flint illustration.  Every detail is intact in what is a perfect representation of the transmogrifying of the Dredd/Alien heads.

The skull of the Xenomorph Alien is visible through a blackened translucent surface, creating an eerily striking effect. A hidden lighting element is set in the base which glows to give a night time evil feeling to the piece. Alien eggs surround the base, with unusual resins used to create a viscous pool within these pods, as face-huggers slowly emerge.

Comes in deluxe full color packaging, hand numbered base, and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Seriously one of the coolest Limited Edition collectibles on offer at the moment.

'Alien 3' Dog Alien Poseable Model Kit

Here’s a second chance opportunity to score a Hot Toys 16″ Dog Alien poseable model kit.

The Dog Alien is based on the Alien 3 alien and forms a part of the Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece model kit series.  It’s in scale with their Alien and Predator model kits.

Backstory:  First designed by H. R. Giger in 1979, the menacing star of the Alien series is a unique xenomorphic being. Since the species was reawakened by the crew of the Nostromo Spacecraft, the sole survivor, Ellen Ripley, has battled to keep humanity safe from alien destruction. In Alien3, Ripley and her late crew crash land on a prison planet after their escape from the alien stronghold. As the prisoners are slowly killed, Ripley discovers that the reason for their sudden breakdown is an inhuman stowaway, and a desperate plan is devised to kill the alien menace. What Ripley soon learns is that there is more to her alien encounter than she imagined.
